We created Project Framework to give everyday people the knowledge, tools and support needed to successfully undertake a residential building project.

Too often people come to us for advice when it's already too late; costs have blown out, the program has slipped, or the relationship with the architect or builder has gone south, just because the project wasn't set-up correctly to start with.  Project Framework helps you to organise your project in such a way as to avoid these all-to-common mistakes and stresses.

A simple eight step process where we'll provide you the information and resources for each step to get it done right.  Or, if you don't have the capacity, confidence or interest to do it yourself, give us the reins and we'll undertake what needs to happen for you.

A fixed fee for each step, for whichever steps you choose to use.
