How much does it cost?

That's up to you. Project Framework is customisable to your specific needs, you'll only have to pay for the parts of the platform you use. If you only need help with procuring your design team that's all you'll pay for. Only need help with tendering to builders, you pay for that part. Want the whole platform, it's all yours.

Want us to do some or all of it for you, we can do that too.

When do we get you involved?

We recommend the earlier the better. Our approach is that we get things right up-front and prevent the problems from occurring, rather than coming in after the fact to try and clean things up. But it's up to you and your particular needs.

Do you do site inspections to inspect the works?

No we don't do site inspections. We are an online and over the phone service provider. However, we can hook you up with local, site-based resources who can do site inspections and provide you written reports if this is necessary.

I am in a dispute with my architect/builder now, can you help with that?

Yes, we can. But the whole purpose of Project Framework is to mitigate this from happening. If you've got a problem now, we can provide online or over the phone assistance on a fee for time basis.

If it's a legal dispute you need help with, we recommend you lawyer-up ASAP.

How do I get my information to you?

Via our online platform, or in cases where the file sizes are large, our preferred transfer method is dropbox.

My architect says they can do what you're offering, so why would we need Project Framework?

Yes, some architects can do project management, but it's usually not their main game, designing and drawing is what they do best.  Project Management is about risk mitigation and delivery, our specialty. And besides, we always think it's a good idea to have someone looking over the whole project, including the design team, to make sure they are hitting all of their marks and giving you everything that you're paying them for!

Is there a limit on the number of questions we can raise on the Project Framework helpdesk?

No, we are here to help (within reason). But the platform we provide is easy to understand and use, once you get into it, we don't think you'll have many questions.

How long do you take to respond to queries?

Generally we aim for a 48hour turnaround to queries submitted to the helpdesk, but the speed of our response will in part depend on the level of info you provide us and the complexity of the query.

Obviously, if you engage us to undertake certain stages of the process these will take longer.

Do you do any of the design work? 

No, we aren't designers, but we do know what good quality, accurate and properly detailed design looks like. All of the third-party assistance you will need, including your design team and your builder will be engaged by you, and directly with you, we'll just help you along the way to make sure you don't get yourself into any avoidable trouble.

Do you do any of the building work?

No, we are a project management consultancy service and we'll stick to that. We'll leave the building to the builders.
