STEPS

1. Establishing your project budget

We don't care so much for the size of your budget, that's up to you.  What is critical, is that your budget has all the necessary items and realistic dollar values included.  We'll give you the framework for your budget so there's no surprises or unexpected cost blow-outs down the track.

2. Procuring your design team 

Architects, engineers and building certifiers will all be key participants in your project, just to name a few.  We'll show you who you need, what they do and how to get them onboard properly, including fee requests, scope briefing, responsibilities, deliverables, etc.  Good quality documentation is a non-negotiable of the Project Framework platform.

3. Pre-tender documentation review

If you issue poor quality, ambiguous or incomplete documents to builders for pricing you'll get quotes that reflect these inadequacies.  Let the Project Framework team review your tender documents before you issue them to builders, so you can either i) get them amended & tender-ready or ii) be aware of the deficiencies and risks that tendering with such drawings creates for you.

4. Tendering

Once you've nailed the design, it's time to tender.  We've got the tools and tips for you to run an efficient and effective tender process that maximises the outcome for you and allows you to make a fully informed decision on who should be your builder.

5. Cost & value engineering

When it comes to building, everything always seems to cost more than you'd hoped.  Sometimes reducing costs is needed.  The Project Framework team can undertake a value engineering exercise to show you where savings are possible without unduly compromising the finished product.

6. Procuring your builder

Selected your builder...now it's time to bring it all together in the building contract, essential for you, your builder and in most cases the bank, to consolidate what you are all working towards. But before you sign anything, let us have one last look over it for you to make sure you've got it right.

7. Construction

The Project Framework platform is all geared to making sure this phase of the project runs smoothly through the use of detailed, accurate and complete project documentation. But if this isn't enough to get you sorted, we're here to help via our online helpdesk.

8. Project completion and close-out

Bringing your project to a close and moving in is what it's all been for. But by now it's easy to have job-fatigue and struggle to get it all properly rounded-out. We'll help you through this phase to make sure you get 100% of what you signed up for, and not a widget less, from your builder.
