1. Establishing your project budgetWe don't care so much for the size of your budget, that's up to you. What is critical, is that your budget has all the necessary items and realistic dollar values included. We'll give you the framework for your budget so there's no surprises or unexpected cost blow-outs down the track. | 2. Procuring your design teamArchitects, engineers and building certifiers will all be key participants in your project, just to name a few. We'll show you who you need, what they do and how to get them onboard properly, including fee requests, scope briefing, responsibilities, deliverables, etc. Good quality documentation is a non-negotiable of the Project Framework platform. | 3. Pre-tender documentation reviewIf you issue poor quality, ambiguous or incomplete documents to builders for pricing you'll get quotes that reflect these inadequacies. Let the Project Framework team review your tender documents before you issue them to builders, so you can either i) get them amended & tender-ready or ii) be aware of the deficiencies and risks that tendering with such drawings creates for you. |

Cost & value engineeringWhen it comes to building, everything always seems to cost more than you'd hoped. Sometimes reducing costs is needed. The Project Framework team can undertake a value engineering exercise to show you where savings are possible without unduly compromising the finished product. |

Procuring your builderSelected your builder...now it's time to bring it all together in the building contract, essential for you, your builder and in most cases the bank, to consolidate what you are all working towards. But before you sign anything, let us have one last look over it for you to make sure you've got it right. | 7.
